Scope and Commitment
Pulseboard is a managed operational telemetry platform by Cogniaxiom. It combines secure web and mobile access with managed backend services for telemetry ingestion, processing, storage, dashboards, alerts, and operational context.
Cogniaxiom uses information handled through Pulseboard only to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the platform for authorized organizations and users. Cogniaxiom does not sell personal information and does not use Pulseboard information for advertising.
Operational Telemetry and Platform Data
Pulseboard may process operational telemetry and related platform context configured for an organization, including device or data-source identifiers, measurements, events, timestamps, dashboard views, alert states, environment names, site or tenant metadata, and operational support context.
Organizations determine which edge devices, data sources, customized dashboards, users, roles, environments, and support requirements apply to their Pulseboard deployment. Cogniaxiom handles this information to deliver the managed telemetry backend and authorized dashboard access described on the Pulseboard platform page.
Account, Access, and Support Information
Pulseboard may process account and access information needed to authenticate users, enforce permissions, coordinate onboarding, provide support, and protect the platform. This may include names, email addresses, organization names, roles, access identifiers, authentication status, support messages, and related administrative records.
Users access Pulseboard through secure organization-configured flows. Authentication providers, permissions, and account administration may be controlled by the organization responsible for the connected operational environment.
Device Privacy and Local Storage
Pulseboard does not access contacts, photos, files, calendars, location data, health data, microphone data, camera data, or other unrelated personal information stored on the user's device.
Pulseboard may store app settings, session material, cached dashboard state, or diagnostic information required to keep the web or mobile experience working. This information is used only for platform functionality, security, support, and reliability.
Logs, Security, and Reliability
Cogniaxiom may process service logs, security events, performance metrics, error reports, and operational observability data to monitor Pulseboard, troubleshoot issues, investigate incidents, maintain availability, and improve reliability.
Access to Pulseboard information is limited to authorized users, organization administrators where applicable, Cogniaxiom personnel who need access to operate or support the platform, and service providers used to deliver the platform.
Retention
Pulseboard information is retained for as long as needed to provide the platform, meet operational and support requirements, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or fulfill the relevant customer arrangement. Retention periods may vary by organization, environment, data source, and support need.
Third-Party Tracking and Advertising
Pulseboard does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use third-party tracking for advertising purposes.
